Contest Rules and Regulations:

How to Enter:  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited.  Participants will be instructed on how to win.

Releases: The winner, by acceptance of a prize agrees to hold WLFM LLC, Venture Technologies Group, LLC., free from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.  Furthermore, by accepting the prize, the prize winner awards WLFM LLC the right, without further compensation, to publicize their name, photograph or likeness, voice and details of winning and have accepted and agreed to be bound to these rules.

Prize Value: The estimated value of the various prizes varies by prize.

Eligibility:  All participants must be at least 18 years old.  Employees of  WLFM LLC, Venture Technologies Group, LLC., their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.  WFLM LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the contest rules. For prizes of $200 value, there is a limit of one winner per household for 30 days.  For prizes above $200 value, there is a limit of one winner per household for 120 days.

Liability: WLFM LLC, Venture Technologies Group, LLC. and their agencies are not responsible for any insurance liability, taxes, claims or damages of any nature associated with the prizes. WLFM LLC, Venture Technologies Group, LLC. are not responsible for problems associated with phone lines or Internet connections for this contest that are beyond the control of WLFM LLC.  This includes, but is not limited to a busy signal on the phone or internet line, operator interference, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone or internet connection. WLFM LLC, Venture Technologies Group, LLC. are not responsible for cancellations, postponements or delays. For prizes which require pickup, if the winner fails to pick up his or her prize by 30 days following notification of its availability, that winners prize will be forfeited and no alternative winner will be picked. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 All decisions are made by the management of WLFM LLC, and are final.
